Once this has been carried out, all information will be provided to the office staff who’ll find out a few further requirements and produce a personalised quote.

The Cori-Seal System can be applied by hand using a trowel/ scraper across the perforations at a regulatory depth to suit the perforation sizes. Alternatively, it can be applied using a spray machine. Again, this is all depend on client requirements, surrounding and access.

Testing & Sign-off

After the application of Cori-Seal, we have several ways for testing subject on the client requirements. If they wish for a pressure/ air test in the corridor to ensure there is no leakage from either side of the corridor around services, we will have to inspect existing fire stopping to ensure that it is fitted correctly and there are no breaches. Should breaches in the existing fire stopping be found, we can quote for replacement of the faulty fire stopping. All applications will be signed off by a third part accreditation and provided with a Certificate of Conformity to assist in the guarantee for your insurance purposes.
